  The food here is yummy and super affordable. Less than 10$ for a bowl of soup noodles and your choice of topping. The owner is really friendly and service is great. Been back with a couple friends and they love it too.

  Amazing food, amazing staff. I always have great conversations, it feels like going to visit a good friend.

  I frequent Ume yummy almost every week for lunch as i work somewhat close. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. I always get greeted with a warm smile. The food is great. Yes i have had better elsewhere but for around 10$ taxes in for an amazing soup with noodles and 2 sides it cant be beat. Places like chosabi are almost 2x the price.. I will continue to frequent here for long to come

  We are not experts in Hong Kong style cuisine but were pleased to see more than the usual westernized choices. Our soup was fresh made and delicate in flavor. Ditto a rice with seafood and egg recommended by the server.
  
  It appears family-run and tables were full of local Chinese students. Pricing was exceptionally good value. Menus and specials are mostly written in Chinese so ask advice.
  
  It's a bit tough to find (built into a motel complex) and accessible only Southound on Pembina. U-turn required coming from the other side.
  
  All in all, worth a second visit!

  Pretty good consistent food. I always ordered a bowl of udon noodle with Laksa-Malay soup base with two toppings. It's good for the body on an cold winter night.
