The staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy and the work is done quickly. They present my options and let me know what work is essential and what can wait. They go above and beyond. It’s really nice having a mechanic I can trust. Thanks guys! -

(January 28, 2019, 9:04 pm)I'm not exactly a customer, but thought a 'review' might be warranted anyway. Tim purchased a slightly used wheelset off me for a project car and the interaction was great. Kijiji's sales can be, well, not great, and this was the opposite. People skills count for a lot, and from our dialogue it's clear that Tim and his people have that and are knowledgeable too. If I have need for the services of a shop like Shorten in the future I won't hesitate to call them first.
