This is also a place to meet people, to enjoy culture (most of time cultural activities are free), and sometimes even a good glass of wine! They also have a very good Francophone movie collection. Highly recommend — go check their events, it’s worth it.

(March 12, 2018, 3:02 am)The teachers are very entertaining, encouraging and experienced. They are all native French and were able to share their fundamental French culture with us. I felt so motivated in class. I highly recommend learning French at the Alliance Française. Merci beaucoup!!

The cultural events are an amazing way to link into a vibrant community and learn the language through experience. The director and diverse staff are genuinely passionate about sharing the French language and supporting the cultural scene in Winnipeg. If you want to learn French while connecting with people and the arts, jump on it!
