  Larry saved my tub. He came on a Friday after 5pm and was able to salvage my tub from freezing. It already had ice forming in a couple places due to bad flow. His knowledge and problem-solving prevented a full freeze, or the need for me to winterize the tub for the season. I am still enjoying my hot tub this season. He definitely provided care that went beyond the call of his job, and I could tell it was because he actually cared. A sincere thanks to Larry and Oasis for the excellent service they provide.

  Great experience and service. Installer Dustin was very knowledgeable and thorough, Jay even offered to come over on his vacation days to explain how to properly add chemicals and maintain our hot tub. However Dustin came over after he had finished his day to ensure we had everything setup properly and answer any questions that we still had.

  It is a New Year and If you want to beat the winter blues its time to visit Oasis Pool and Spa on St. Anne's Rd and talk to Randy about a pool or hot tub for your backyard. Randy made our decision to put a pool in an easy decision to make. Any questions we had, Randy could answer, Go early in the year to order your pool or hot-tub.

  Jay & all staff were great to deal with. Product and service was top notch with a legitimate concern for client satisfaction. Jay came over to make sure everything was in working order and follow up has been exceptional. We are enjoying our new spa and would recommend Oasis.

  I purchased my first oasis spa in July and it has been a fantastic experience. Jay provided wonderful service and made time to explain the chemical process and maintenance. Jay has been super patient and has provided exceptional service in helping me with any maintenance questions months after my purchase! The crew who delivered the spa represented Oasis respectively.... great job guys!! I recommend Oasis Spa and leisure !! I'm more than happy with my purchase.
