(May 17, 2019, 9:31 pm)I was there last night with a fractured foot... nothing really special about it. Was taken care of in timely matter, professionally.
My review and very special recognition is to ALL the staff members of the ER unit... the things and mostly , the people they have to deal with... during my brief “visit” I witnessed a couple of “patients” being blatantly rude, disrespectful and beyond stupid with the nurses and security staff... cursing, name calling... you get the idea... and they were getting help from them!... nevertheless, the staff were the better and civilized grown person every time... I had no idea who this people were, since you’re on a bed, with drapes all around you... all you can hear is those people being just stupid at the staff... once again, my respect and admiration for the nurses and security staff at the ER unit... you guys have the thickest customer-service core I’ve ever witnessed. Thanks for all you do. -
