Chris' team made it happen, bringing qualified buyers through and getting the house sold. The have a large network of high networth buyers for a home like ours, and their expertise was clear - they know how to sell houses in this price range. I would highly recommend!

We sold our house in 5 days, for the price we were asking for.
They walked us through the process from start to finish, and gave us tips on how to show our home at its best.
The Pennycook team made what can be a very difficult and stressful time pretty straightforward. At no point did we feel unsupported, and their commitment to service was evident from start to finish.
