  Parts department staff are great. They have always pulled through for me, and usually have what I need in stock. Even though it gets very busy in there at times, they hold it together. When it is a bit slower, they take time to talk and are personable. Some of them have been there for many years which is nice to see.
  I have never dealt with the service dept.
  The one time I talked to a salesman about buying a snowblower I was not very impressed. I had a small budget and was looking for something used. He said he would contact me because he had a line on several used units. Never got a call back, never mentioned anything to me when I went back for parts soon after talking to him. I will avoid dealing with him again should I decide to purchase from Enns in the future.

  If you are a farmer ,or in landscaping or recreational Buff this is a great place to hang out. Good service ,good mechanical personal and clothing for the out door guy. John Deer ,Ski-Doo,Honda and power saw supply

  They were awesome they helped me out had everything done in a couple of hours I'm on my way with my new trailer thanks for all there help

  Why can't we get some service? Before driving all the way out to Oak Bluff, which is a 50 mile round trip to pickup some parts, I phoned on the way to pre-order my parts. The girl in the Parts who answered the phone, said just a minute and laid the phone down on the countertop. 17 minutes later, she picked the phone up and asked what I wanted, I told her the the year, make, model and that I wanted a trans filter, Hygard oil, and a oil filter, and I was on the way to pick it up. She asked my phone number, which I gave her, and she said that the number wasn't in the computer and hung up. HUH!
  
  After I hung on to the phone for almost 20 minutes, you just hang up.
  
  When I get to the Parts Dept., I have a fellow that takes the information and the phone number, goes to get my parts and tells me the amount. This girl stops him, says I'm not in the computer ( I've been buying parts there for 18 years), but she gives him the filter, and walks away. He gets the remainder of my order and I pay him. Everything is exactly on the bill like I gave it to her and she hung up on me, and didn't even try to return my call.
  
  I looked around the lot at a new front mount JD mower for about 20 minutes, no one came out. I went inside and no one in the sales offices asked me, what I wanted. I liked the JD line of mowers, but I thought it over, and quietly walked out of Enns Bros., and no one seemed to give a hoot. On the way back home, I decided that Enns didn't need my business, they had gotten to big for me. I drove out to Steinback, found a knowledgeable sales person that was interested in selling me a tractor. In fact, he even gave me the mower to try it out for 3 days, all on a handshake. Now, the green in my yard has changed to ORANGE, a changing of the season, I call it. Keep conducting business like that and my other tractor and equipment will change color just as fast.
