Basement was finished on the estimated time with a very good quality and also was able to help me with some other extra things I asked from him.
Cost was very reasonable too.
I would be glad continue working with him in the future. -

He was very professional and courteous throughout the project. He was very clear and transparent with the potential risks in the schedule, scope and cost. At the end of project the cost overrun was well within 3%. This was mainly driven by scope creep that I wanted to make. If it wasn't for the delays by the city inspections, the project would have been completed on time. Again, this risk was already identified in the beginning.
Nick's workmanship and attention to detail was very good. His electrical and mud guy were also a pleasure to work with. Overall Nick and his Subs always ensured that the worksite was clean and safe the end of the day.
I would definitely recommend Nick to my family and friends. I would also be sure to reach out to Nick again for my other projects. -

They came when they said they would, cleaned things up when they finished working. I was happy with the finished job. I will definitely call them again and recommend them.

We are very pleased with their work. Nick and his team are very professional, kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend DC construction to my friends and family.
