True Shapes has one-on-one training that is tailor made to the client. This could be for strength, cardio, mobility, injury recovery, etc.

True Shapes also offers small size HIIT classes (max size 8 people) and small size strength classes. There are classes tailored to younger adults (age 16 to say, 55) and to older adults (say 55 to 75).
