I had to find a new dental practice after 20 sone years and I have been very happy with my experience at Pure Dental. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I have already referred a friend who really likes them too.
Cleaning to make your smile last longer. Gently done.
I just had 2 visits in 2 weeks that included a checkup, x-rays, cleaning and a filling. I really dislike dental procedures but can happily say that I had a very good experience. The examination was thorough and well explained. The diagnosis and plan to replace my lost filling seemed clear and adequate. The cleaning seemed well done with minimal discomfort. As far as the actual dental work goes I have nothing but good things to say so far.
The only hitch I had was a bit of frustration around the billing side. One of my family members had been in a couple of months prior and we were told our insurance had covered everything. When I went to pay my work they told me we had an overdue amount owing. After figuring out the issue it seems the insurance didn't cover everything and instead of notifying us politely of the situation, the front desk staff continually made a point to call the payment overdue. It's a small customer service detail that could have been handled better.
That aside, I'm still happy enough with the work done to drop a 4.5 star review rounded up.
