(March 6, 2019, 5:40 pm)Ok cool story. Jan and I go way back professionally. No recent contact (10 years or more) until I hear she painted a picture of my building I finished renovating in 2018. Painting was completed in 2016. During the reconstruction of my 100 year old building I left a section of wall clear of development. Original hand scraped fir walls just a rectangle of it for a plaque or something. FastforwRd and that painting of my building fits perfectly the space i unknowingly created for it. Jan has a special talent, I just wasnt aware she was a super hero till recently=)
