Sunshine Coast Resort Hotel & Marina

Beautiful accomodation, very clean and tidy. Private setting, large deck, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds.

The room was very clean, the beds super comfy! Great location, and very peaceful. We will be back!

Locale and surrounding scenery was incredible, however many of the features of the suite we'd stayed in were either not as advertised or no longer functioning. Be aware that "full kitchen" only constitutes a stovetop and microwave (though you can request a toaster over). Their jacuzzi bath tubs also have issues, with the tv and say a functions disabled and many of the nozzles or handles not working as expected. They'd be better off replaced as standard tubs - at least this would stop a random pipe from spurting water in your face.

We were given a discount after bringing up these things and some other issues, however the management really should update the website to accurately reflect what is actually being offered.

Hot tub was standard size, but nice!

A pleasant getaway spot for a long weekend for the three of us (my wife & daughter, myself). We purposefully choose an "executive suite" aka a standalone chalet (a duplex building with a shared deck, separated by tree pots; ideal for two families or a larger group [pre-COVID]). Included a hot tub on the deck (??). A nice unit.
Facility includes a marina and use of a couple of kayaks, for those so inclined, as well as motor boat rentals.
Close to Madera Park ( 2 minutes drive) and about 30 minutes drive to Skookumchuck Narrows.

Well located very close to Madeira Park. Tucked in a nice quiet bay with fantastic views from the resort rooms. Resort also rents fishing boats and gear to its guests (fishing tips are free!). Lots of hiking nearby. Photo posted is a view of the resort from Mt. Daniel
