A couple websites said it would take an hour and it was steep up hill - round trip was ~34 minutes and we stopped to look at tidal pools at the point. A few parts were steep, but nothing horrible (elevation change was 50m). If you're moderately fit, this should be fine.

(September 13, 2016, 1:33 am)Well maintained path to the point, steep but easy walk. Beautiful views of Texada Island, patches of grass all over the point are great place for picnic, if you don't mind the crickets. 4 star view, 3 star walk up and down.

(July 12, 2016, 1:31 am)We love visiting Daniel Point for an afternoon whenever we visit the Garden Bay area. So relaxing, such beautiful views of the ocean, the passing boats, and the inquisitive seals. So easy to fall asleep and forget about life for a while.
