(August 1, 2022, 11:13 pm)Location location location! If your looking for a beautiful sunset off your deck this is the place. Unfortunately they are struggling with staffing like everywhere else and cleaning of rooms is clearly starting to suffer. The freezers in the fridges are all so frozen over you can't use them. The patio windows were so gross on our second visit to the hotel we couldn't see out of them and we washed our patio door handle before touching it and wore our shoes on the deck and inside the room. The beds are good. Lots of pillows with different type of softness. It is really weird that they have no night stands by the beds. Very inconvenient for sure. We stayed her a little over a month ago and the experience was so much better, especially at $500 for one night we should expect more. Clean clean clean! There were a ton of little things like this.

(July 28, 2022, 12:01 am)It's definitely an upgrade from what the Bella Beach was, but it's not quite up to the tier of a true Coast hotel. The rooms look very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C unit didn't work properly and just made noise, but didn't really cool the room down. The TVs definitely need to be replaced as they're still the old small models with no smart functions, and the remotes barely work.
The biggest reason for being 3 stars is the cleanliness. The mirror was dirty and had finger prints all over it. The glass shower has urine splatter all over it from the toilet, doesn't look like it has been cleaned since the renovation. It's pretty gross actually.
We'll see if Coast can correct these with the operator in the near future. For now I'd probably continue to go to the Driftwood. -

(July 23, 2022, 4:04 am)Great experience, clean rooms, amazing renovated bathroom, good front desk service. Best of all is the view from the room. Certainly the best place to stay on the island.

The best part about the stay is the beautiful ocean view. The staff was very helpful and friendly too
