People are very polite

Decent flow in and out. They do not accept loads after 4:45pm.

The landfill is open on Sundays at 09:00 as of May 01st.
Credit or debit only
No wood- that goes to Salisg soils
Tuesday and Saturday are the busiest, be patient.

The nicest landfill on the Sunshine Coast. My first time ever visiting the landfill to drop a few things off, I asked the attendant on my way out if they only accept cash or card as well and the response was: "Not only we accept credit cards, but we even have tap! We're fancy that way! We're a fancy dump!" There is plenty of information available on the SCRD website regarding accepted materials, fees and operating hours.

This landfill site has a "share shed" where useful items are diverted from the garbage and available for re-use. One of Sechelt's best efforts for the new economy.
