(March 5, 2019, 6:16 am)Kalijo Pilates will Return you to life! After being told I needed a hip replacement at 16, I decided to try pilates at Kalijo and I have never looked back! I completed my Pilates teacher training program at Kalijo in 2016 ~Kalijo is the place to be in Canada to get trained in the world renowned Pilates Center teacher training program. I highly suggest you try one of the many classes, classically trained instructors, or better yet, learn to become a Pilates Instructor yourself through the teacher training program! I love Kalijo, and will be a lifer!
