Sunshine Coast Hearing

After trying the "Rest" I chose the "Best". I am totally satisfied with the team of Nadine and Kris at Sunshine Coast Hearing and here is why,,, Rather than paying our $5000.00 on new hearing devices and being left to figure it all out they were with me all the way.
There constant and quite frankly "patient" care as I transitioned back into the world of Hearing was and is superlative.
With Nadine on the front desk she is welcoming ,accommodating and highly skilled in every way. Kris is made of the right stuff to deal with the highly technical systems and customer care as well.
All I can say is , give them a try ,you won't be sorry.

My aging Mom had very suspect service in Ontario, where an audiologist had her in two different hearing aids in the same year, neither one ever programmed at all or registered online where other specialists can access the data. Kris (and Nadine) were absolutely phenomenal at redoing hearing tests, registering the device and then tweaking Moms device to work properly for her. The fees seemed ridiculously low for the multiple visits we required and the personal, unhurried service was just amazing. We are so thankful for meeting Kris and recommend SC Hearing wholeheartedly.

I've worn hearing aides for the last 30 years and cannot believe the performance of my new Oticon aides. I hear; words to old songs on the radio, the sound quality is fabulous, rain on the roof, grandchildren whispering, made me more outgoing, ...oh what a feeling.! Thank-you Kris and Nadine for superb customer service and your warm friendly smiles.

I recently called Sunshine Coast Hearing to get assistance for an elderly gentleman at Christensons Village.
Although he was not a client of theirs, the woman on the phone was ever so helpful and got Joe up and running with his hearing aids by giving us a few simple tips over the phone.
We look forward to coming in the office and meeting Nadine and Kris personally.
