And they will research and order parts — I needed a derailleur for an older road bike, no one in Vancouver or Whistler had it on hand, Bike Co ordered and installed it within days. Thanks for keeping me rolling guys, really appreciate it!

Always willing to engage in a conversation and come up with a great recommendation or solution. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door after dropping off my bike. The service and repair is always done on time or ahead of schedule. Reasonable prices.
