Added to this Tess is very personable, easy to understand and great to collaborate with. Throughout the time we spent working with Tess she kept the process moving forward, monitored goals and lead discussions to grow the understanding of our team. Overall, Tess took the time to understand our business, our HR systems and helped us to become a better employer.

Her abundant experience in the world of Human Resource Management was clearly evident in the timely and extremely professional manner in which she delivered on all fronts. We could not be happier with the tangible improvements that have been made in our business that will continue to serve us now and into the future.
