(August 17, 2019, 10:41 pm)So beautiful but the last 20 min of hiking is somehow too difficult. It also has camping site. About 1 hour of driving to reach to the trail is off-roading and unpaved road.

(April 17, 2019, 12:21 am)Went up in April but surely felt like Feb. It was cold ???? and so much snow. Make sure you have snow shoe on or you will go no where. The hike up was amazing and moderate to hard. At the end of the trail is very difficult and steep. It took is about 5.5 hours to get up but it was extremely Stormy and windy. You can loose the trail easily with the snow covering everything, just follow the creek and you should be ok.

(March 20, 2019, 7:07 pm)Great hike in the summer, difficult in the winter. There is a nice hit close to the lake. It's great that they do trail maintenance to make the trail easier and safer. The service road to get to the trail head is has a couple steep points. Make sure you have a high clearance car.
