(March 25, 2019, 7:59 am)Take the upper part of the Shannon basin trail not the lower unless you want the additional 3 or 4 km.
Gradual but steady elevation gain. At about 1050m you'll get your first glimpses of the goat ridge mountains. A quick switchback and the whole ridge and valley opens up to you.
Access to a backcountry loop, copilot and skypilot mountains.
