(October 9, 2017, 8:09 pm)I was initially reluctant to try out Crossfit, with concerns of being thrown into the deep end of olympic lifting without an understanding of the basics and proper instruction. After going through the foundations set of classes, I realized how lucky I was (and we are) to have this amazing resource here in Squamish. Not only are the coaches exceptionally qualified, they are very supportive and help you get everything you can out of your time training. That knowledge and support extends to the veterans in the classes who are always happy to help new athletes navigate this new and exciting sport. My wife and I have now been going for a few months, and we are stoked to be a part of this community.
