They are so efficient and accommodating, it makes any issue you have, easy to deal with. (May 20, 2019, 2:08 am)Last week, I was really stuck – or rather the set-screw was stripped and stuck on my shower faucet. Even though all Pipeline Plumbing's technicians were super busy, they fit me in, fixed the problem – with a smile and a 'have a nice day' ... and saved me the expense of having to replace my faucet.
Pipeline has been the go-to for our condo complex. Quick responses to frozen pipes and blocked drains from improper garburator use on more than one occasion has saved us from expensive backup-related damage and heartache.
Jobs big or small, much gratitude to Pipeline for their professional, friendly and timely service. I highly recommend! -

(March 14, 2019, 10:24 pm)I made an emergency call to Pipeline this morning and spoke with Tammy and although they were fully booked, she tried to accommodate us and was so helpful and courteous! She really seemed to care about our situation and that is rare these days! We found someone else to fix our problem, but wanted to say that it's nice to get a friendly voice on the other end of the phone when disaster strikes!

They entire staff were honest, reliable and took the time to explain not only what the issue was but to educate me on how my older system works.
