She was always quick to reply to my (innumerable!) questions, and her cheerful personality kept me feeling positive about my move. When it came to negotiations (something in which, I will ashamedly admit, I am naturally timid) Jazz offered great advice that ended in excellent prices for both my house sale and purchase.
