Bachint called me daily with updates on how the renewal was progressing, and found solutions to every hurtle so that my insurance was renewed in time, with as little inconvenience as possible. And he made sure the issue was permanently fixed so that my future renewals will be seamless. Thank you Bachint!

When I had the unfortunate experience last year of having to file a claim, I dealt with Andrea Symons, Senior Road Adjuster out of their Squamish office. Andrea was professional, extremely helpful and processed my claim very quickly. I was more than pleased with the service she provided in my time of need.
