Much unlike another Squamish-based Indian restaurant, Essence of India makes extremely flavorful dishes (we tried 4, all of them were AT LEAST "great") that sit very well in the stomach. Add to that a reasonable sit-down restaurant price. New favorite! Try the eggplant dish, it's unreal.
