I just wanted to take the time to say how pleasant my banking experience was with CIBC at the Squamish Branch with Doris Benaficio (sorry if I didn't spell this correctly).
Coming from another country and setting up the financial services to work in Canada can be a frustrating experience (as I found out with Tangerine) and Doris made it as a painless as possible. I also highly commend CIBC for creating a range of financial products that caters for foreign workers and makes banking so much more pleasant.
I really hope that CIBC gives Doris a payrise or at the very least a bonus, to congratulate her on her excellent customer service.
