There was some major levelling to be done e as well.
We didn't want to use a big chain store. Sierra Flooring is a family business based in the Penticton area.
Rob came to do the estimate within an hour after we had picked out the vinyl planks. He knew we lived in Vancouver and was very accommodating.
We were so lucky to have installers Patrick and Elizabeth on our flooring project. They text us and sent photos to keep us updated with the progress.
We couldn't be happier with our new floors! We were so pleasantly surprised that they had set up all our beds and cleaned up most the dust. There was very little for us to do when we came in from Vancouver.
We highly reccommend Sierra and their very skilled and courteous installers! -

(April 6, 2018, 1:30 pm)We recently attended the Sierra Flooring trade show booth at the Home Reno Show 2018 in Penticton BC.
Having recently moved to the area, we were looking for a reputable company to provide some ideas, advice and installation services of hardwood flooring for our home.
Shortly afterwards, we dropped by the Sierra Flooring showroom in Penticton and met with Paul Eddison (President) and quickly discovered that his company had a vast array of product to choose from and in-house installation services. Paul was most helpful in selecting both the product that we were looking for and setting up an installation date that met with our immediate needs.
Well, here we are, just a few weeks later with a beautiful new floor which was installed on time and on budget!
The installation team consisting of Roger and Doug who were both highly professional and a real joy to work with. Their attention to every detail resulted in a a quality installation very much in keeping with our expectations.
Not enough can be said of our experience this week !
While more often than not, renovations can be a daunting and overwhelming experience, I’ve got to say that we were highly satisfied with the level of expertise and service delivery that we received. Again, on-time and on-budget !
We’d like to extend thank-you’s to Paul, Roger and Doug and all the good folks at Sierra Flooring for a job well done ????!
