The center facilitates 4-6 Primary care Physicians, 2-3 Nurse Practitioners and a Social Worker.
The center is made up of several formerly separate doctors' offices, including all of their personal staff, joining together. In addition, are the above-mentioned positions.

The office is located at 101- 2504 Skaha Lake Road
There is a laboratory ????two doors down which is convenient. My experiences with the lab have been positive.
My experience with Ponderosa has been somewhat irritating.
For starters, booking an appointment with the doctor begins with a very long multiple-choice type messaging machine ????.
Individual doctor's hours are not included in any of the choices offered.
The street address is not included in the messaging system, ???? why? I asked why and was told the message is long enough as it stands, and that, most people are already aware of their doctor's address.
It has taken me between 1-5 calls to book one appointment on account of the chaotic, hectically-paced work environment.
Having said all that, it is a new venture for everyone involved and I think things will calm down as people assimilate to their new environment.
I have compassion for the team as a whole. They are noticeably stressed by the demands placed upon them and I wish nothing but the best for them moving forward.
