(November 9, 2016, 4:49 pm)I always feel incredibly welcomed and supported by theese amazing people. I am a fat kid who is very unmotivated to move quickly and I am OKAY with that. I'VE always felt comfortable in the fitness studio. People talk to each other and generally care about one another and are respectful. THE space is gorgeous and the instructors are always learning new info to stay experts in their field.

(November 10, 2015, 1:19 am)Amazing workouts - a nice variety of strength, core, cardio, yoga and pilates. The staff there are fantastic, friendly and helpful. I like that there is a great selection of courses at various times in the day.

(December 30, 2014, 1:21 am)My experience at BOP has only been with Jen Wheaton, both in a yoga class and as a personal trainer. She is FABULOUS. Otherwise, I found the environment a tad cold / sterile.
