Liam, @ Jill's Towing is Professional and he has Integrity. We entered into an agreement to move some containers and then on the agreed upon pick up date winter conditions became a factor. Despite the challenges he & his crew faced while in transport, he delivered on time and honoured his quoted price. As a result we have rebooked another load with him.

Great service as always and reasonable rates.

I highly recommend Jill's towing. After stopping for gas on an 8 hour drive home, my car wouldn't start and they showed up (conveniently within seconds as they were right around the corner) to jump my car. That didn't fix the problem, so they offered to tow me back to their shop and get me a new battery (as I was already having battery issues and just hoping I could make it the rest of my drive home) Once Liam got the battery, unfortunately that was not the issue, so we figured it was the starter. He replaced my starter and got my car started and me back on my way for the rest of my drive. All of the guys I dealt with were super friendly and Liam went the extra mile to help me get home, working longer on a Sunday and going out of his way to get my car started. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help.

Please accept my sincerest thanks and gratitude to Bric and the rest of the team whom rescued me and my aquaintance above what I mistakenly thought was initially cloud nine. With prompt service and a fair price point, we were able to get our family caravan towed an hour plus down a forestry service road. The driver was efficient and friendly to discuss anything with and a natural connection over the home province of Ontario and the 6ix formed between the driver and the other individual in the vehicle. This alone would be enough for a five star review.

However, the following showcases this employees initiative and true dedication to ensuring that the clients best interests are paramount in practice. Bric, provided us with a location to put our van down for the night and it was directly under a street light with a HD night vision camera pointed at it, in an industrial and relatively crime free area. This added care reveals much about Bric and his dedication to ensure that the values of his owner and colleagues are transmitted through his work and he is doing a fantastic job. He also helped me the following day to raise our spare tire cover from beneath the engine, so that I could drive it back without hesitation. I am so impressed, and while I hope to never be in a similar situation again, if history repeats itself I know who to call for a stress free rescue.
