Nice hospital ad fat as they go, all the staff were friendly and the food wasn't bad.
This morning, I went to our local hospital's lab for a pre-op ECG and BNP (blood work).
When I got there, #21 was being served and I was given #37. I was later given #36 when one fellow who didn't want to wait got up and left.
I sat and waited for my number to be called and listened to the complaints about how much time it was taking to get into the lab.
Apparently, no one bothered to consider that this was the first Monday of the month when a LOT of folks were there for their monthly blood tests.
As it was, I was in and out of there in less than an hour.
No charge.
NO complaints here.
I'm actually VERY grateful to have that service so close to my home.
Furthermore, the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.

Friendly helpful staff. My husband has been in the emergency room twice in the last 6 weeks. Staff was excellent keeping us informed on what was going on at all times.
Lots of free parking. Easy access.
