It's a parking lot. A very clean and well kept parking lot, but a parking lot nevertheless. And an absolute frying pan when the temp goes up. That said it is conveniently located to services.

Dont let the lack of photos online deter you from staying here. We almost over looked it for that reason; so glad we came! Its the perfect location to everything and the town has all one could need. Deb who manages the property is incredible and she has this place in immaculate condition. Phyllis in the office is on top of everything. You could eat off the laundry room floor its so clean here. The men who take care of the grounds; Randy and Denny do amazing work. Every tree and blade of grass are perfectly in place. Nice quiet location - you could hear a pin drop in here at 10pm. SO glad we came, no comparison to several other parks we drove through in the area. Secure gates that are locked nightly are a nice touch too.

Deb was absolutely lovely.. we were late getting into town on a long weekend.. it was hot we were tried..needed to get set up.. Deb had a small spot available to let us set up on. She went over and above. We so appreciate what she did for us.. we will definitely be back.. a beautiful place to stay.. clean and lovely

1st I have to say Deb (site manager) was amazing. She not only made a spot available for us when the fires broke out in Oliver when our other campground was on evacuation alert, but she was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, extremely clean, and has all of the amenities you need. (Power, water, sewer, cable, shower house and laundry). The shower was the best I have ever used in an RV park. It was clean, had hot water and roomy.
