(September 11, 2018, 4:01 am)You're average 55+ retirement community. Clean. No houses, all mobile and you have to do your own yard but a very nice community.

(January 11, 2018, 7:02 pm)Wonderfully managed adult community. Perfect for down sizing and close to all services. By the way, they were established many years before the "racetrack" and are heroes for having defending their residents against the nuisance.
