Mike Rosman RV Sales

Eli in sales was great to deal with. Super friendly! We’ve been looking at the Coachmen 246RKS Freedom Express for a few years now online but were not able to find an rv dealership that had this model in the Vancouver area.
Checking the internet recently and realized MIke Rosman RV had 3 in stock, sent an e-mail on the general inquiry request form and had a response the next day!
We did all our negotiations by internet with Eli, who answered all our questions promptly by either e-mail or phone calls. We drove from Vancouver to Vernon approx 425km with our trade-in trailer in tow. We had never set foot in the Coachmen trailer we were interested in, so took a big leap of faith.
When we arrived mid-afternoon, Eli was waiting for us - we finally got to see the trailer and decided it was the one! Eli already had the trailer all cleaned up just in case we decided to purchase it. Knowing that we were from out of town Eli had a lot of paperwork ready to go and before the end of the day everything was completed. Now that is service! No high pressure from Selena in the business office and she was very enthusiastic about her job. The guys in the shop were great as we added a Maxx roof fan. Torrey in service did the walk-thru in the unit and was very knowledgeable.
Equalizer bars were transferred to the new trailer while paperwork was completed. Everything went super smoothly!
As a retired service manager from a major car dealer in Vancouver I always have high expectation from the service industry. Mr. Rosman ...... your staff exceeded my expectations! They believe in customer service.

The sales person took lots of Care with us and was great help! Great stock and knowledge of the RVs they had, hoping to purchase trailer from them in the spring

They are friendly and extremely helpful. Owen or what is his name called me back right away and explained my concern with my Bigfoot.

Don't know yet, see if we can work out a deal. The parts department has been very competitive.

I am in the planning phase of buying a truck and RV and spoke to Jeff about vehicle tow ratings and maximum loads and feel a lot more confident about purchasing going forward. Jeff took the time to explain options and engine/vehicle requirements, was patient, and very knowledgeable. He was more knowledgeable than the truck dealerships and helped me tremendously.
