(November 29, 2020, 9:39 pm)My grand cherokee had been worked on elsewhere and I was having consistent issues with the turbo diesel after the tune and delete. The efforts to try and fix it felt like a fishing expedition and it literally was. I contacted Davina at Supertech. it was a seamless process from the beginning and once I decided I needed their help I made the trip from Victoria. Davina, Mike and David and other staff were terrific and Mike solved the problem in 4 hours! Amazing and professional and they know their diesels. I am going back to have something else attended to. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you for your work and attention to detail.

How is it that a business buying probably a million dollars a year worth of parts can't source them for cheaper than I can? That being said, service was second to none. Clearly go above and beyond for their customers

Supertech is very thorough with the reporting and going over all the details. A+ customer service. Very happy and highly recommend them.

I'll admit I'm one who doesn't trust mechanics but the service I received from Supertech has restored my faith in the industry. They very thoroughly diagnosed my truck then took the time to explain it in simple terms to me and gave me multiple choices of routes to go...they then let me decide what course of action to take. This company has, after just one visit, a new liife-long customer now.
