We love our new closet. The service was friendly, efficient and professional. It’s definitely worth the investment. We wished we had done this sooner!

We recently had a walk-in closet, designed and installed by Vancouver Island Closets. Their led design manager came up with a great layout and was very patient and professional as we tweaked the design ahead of confirming the contract. Clear design plans were shared and details of accessories etc explained. The installation was conducted by two people who were very efficient, respectful of COVID 19 protocols (wearing masks at all times, social distancing). They also protected our flooring during transporting items to the closet/installation space. The cabinet installation was rapid and the workplace cleaned and left perfect before their departure. We would highly recommend VI Closet for their professionalism, design flair, competitive pricing. We ordered this closet service via Costco - so no funds were passed to the contractor until completion of work - thus both parties being protected. And the bonus being we are due to receive a Costco shop card!

We were very happy with the design and installation. The space is a smallish 5x8 walk-in closet with the added restriction of a crawl space hatch in the floor. Agazzi presented several options during the consultation phase and patiently modified the designs until we hit on the one we really liked. The installed product is exactly like the 3D computer generated design and really maximizes the use of the space. I would certainly recommend this company to my neighbours.
