I was desperate to find a firm that could insulate my home addition and, although heavily booked, Top Trade came to my rescue. The team was great, and wasted no effort to get me comfortable in the heat we have been experiencing again this summer. I can’t recommend them enough!
I wasn't sure about hiring a contractor based on a quick conversation at a Home Show. We arranged for an estimate (attic insulation) which was done very soon after the show and the work was scheduled shortly after that. The team worked incredibly efficiently and they were very professional. It is reassuring to know such great contractors are out there. I recommend.
I hired Top Trade for blow-in insulation in my attic, ceiling insulation in my basement and air sealing. Peter and his team were everything I want in a trades business (and that is so hard to find): excellent communication, friendly before/during/after, always on time, and their work was fantastic. I would hire them again without a second thought.

Just had Peter and his crew from Top Trade in to insulate the garage and they have done a fantastic job! Very professional crew. Good quality workmanship. Very easy to deal with, arrived on time, did a very thorough job with no mess whatsoever! They even did a couple of repairs that made the overall experience even more amazing. Would definitely use Top Trade in the future and recommend them to others also.
