I am in a compromised health situation which made my outing more difficult than I had anticipated. They made it all work out as smoothly as possible. Thank you for extending me that grace!

I also love that there are always several very friendly resident and visiting cats and dogs in the store and that the owners/staff do so much to help rescue/treat/find homes for local feral cats! An essential part of the community.
(May 30, 2019, 10:35 pm)Love going to this store. There is a wonderful selection of food, accessories and toys for cats and dogs. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Also appreciate that this business supports local spay and neuter efforts and the BC/Alberta Guide Dogs program.
