I drove by this place every day for almost 4 years before finally checking it out, not knowing what I was missing! It has completely rejuvenated my health and fitness almost a year in now. I didn't even know what CrossFit was, but the coaches are patient, kind, and encouraging in helping you figure things out. I'll never go back to joining a "regular gym."

It's so exciting to be able to do things you never believed you could do. The owners Lucas Bugg and Maggie Bugg have built an amazing community! 😍
