(June 27, 2021, 6:32 pm)This little bespoke cottage was a gem hidden just minites from the Qualicum beach. The hosts were super hospitable. They prepared a lovely breakfast basket for us, and we were able to enjoy breakfast in the lovely garden with tall coastal evergreens and over 100 types of rhodrodandrons. The rooms were lovely clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts Maxine and Jim really put a lot of heart into the place to make it extra special for their guests. I would give this place 100/100, and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Vanc Island.

(August 19, 2018, 9:31 pm)I loved staying at the Blue Willow! My husband and I stayed there with four other friends while we were in town for a wedding and it was perfect! The hosts Maxine and Jim were so wonderful and the breakfast was fit for a queen! We felt so spoiled. The king bed in the Garden suite was the most confortable bed I’ve ever slept in and the sheets were incredibly soft! I absolutely recommend staying here! Also I am gluten free and we all had some dietary restrictions and they happily accommodated us. 5 stars!

(June 3, 2018, 5:51 pm)Lovely quiet place. Super friendly owner. She has 130 rhododendrons which she personally deadheads. Quite shady, though, as it is surrounded by trees.

(March 30, 2018, 10:50 pm)Amazing property, outstanding food and lots of it. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The owner is amazing just a really nice person and treats you like a real person. I absolutely loved my stay here. Would recommend to anyone.

(July 18, 2017, 5:05 pm)Wonderful place to stay while in or near Qualicum Beach. Maxine and Jim are great hosts. Maxine even helped me with a problem with my dress! Breakfast was so tasty with good company around the table. The photo is of the Blue Willow table settings before breakfast.
