(August 19, 2019, 11:21 pm)I have lived here for over nine years and have never waited for anything to be fixed. Security is always top on their priority list. The building is always clean and well taken care of. The managers are top of the line, they take the time to listen to your concerns and really care about the tenants. In the winter months when it snows they are up at six in the morning shovelling and icing the parking lot. I have never lived in a better apartment building, where I feel that I am heard and never wait for my appliances to be fixed or have my toilet unplugged. I highly recommend living here.

(July 20, 2019, 9:25 am)Not ultra modern, but the rent is priced to reflect that. The apartments are clean and in good condition (no pest issues, carpets were steam cleaned before I moved in). Safe and quiet neighborhood. What really earns the 5 stars is that the managers are down to earth and any concerns/repairs (only a couple of instances in 3 year period) were addressed promptly and professionally!

(January 13, 2016, 8:40 pm)My family absolutely loved these apartments. They are family friendly. It's a great neighbourhood and a wonderful little community that's quiet and with low crime. We lived there for 2 years and made a lot of good friends that we remain in contact with still. The managers are awesome, very approachable and prompt with servicing things that need repair. The rent is fair. There were no issues with pests or cleanliness; all units are steam cleaned at the end of every move out. The only drawback was that we weren't allowed an in-window air conditioner.
