(May 7, 2021, 8:22 pm)A big thank you to Waypoint Insurance. My wife and I had some insurance matters to tend to at this location yesterday. We were greeted with happy, and helpful staff. I will abbreviate their names for privacy: Cait., Pait., and Seq. Cait and Pait very understanding, took the time to listen to what needed to be done, and performed their tasks without any issues. I was also impressed with how the two of them also reviewed coverage on the policy, making sure everything was verified. This is the way insurance should be. It is staff like them that keep us coming back. Till the next visit!
