(August 17, 2020, 10:48 pm)We had high expectations with this place as the adjoining store has such good product and bakery. I got the turkey pannini with cranberry sauce. It was gross, and was made with dry brown turkey meat, I couldn't eat it and no server came around to see how things were going so I could tell them I didn't like it. Or ask for more mayo to make it less dry. But with that said, their tortilla soup was good, their fries were super good and my husband enjoyed his burger. The service was not good, our server never came around after dropping off the food and we sat and waited too long for someone to come around and clear our plates and bring the bill. When the server did finally come around she smelled of cigarette smoke, I guess that is where she was. I also didn't like how the tip percentage options started at 18%, 20 and 22. I am aware we can plug in our own amount, it was my first time seeing such high suggestions, it was off putting. We will not be back for the cafe but for the store items only.
