Pretty impressed with the level of service - especially as we are somewhat in a rural area - top notch!
Good people to deal with and very knowledgeable about computers.
Rating may not be indicative of their normal service level, I was only there once, but I was disappointed with the lack of follow up to an order. They may have addressed the issue - I will gladly return to see.
I went in with an obvious software porblem and could have spent hundreds in repairs with AGS taking days to fix. Instead they offered me a DIY quick fix and charged me nothing. Problem solved, Thanks! Next time I have a real hard problem I know where I'm taking my computer!
