Pacific Cove Properties - Hub at Pacific Station

I moved to the Hub in March (it's now October) and love living here. My suite is modern, big, bright and functional. No awkward wasted spaces. Great location -residential area but amenities close by. Drive to ocean, lakes, rivers or forest in 15mins or less. And it’s dog friendly.

Mark & Laura are excellent managers. Mark showed me suites until I found one that fits my needs & budget. Laura keeps dog treats in her office -even gives my dog hypoallergenic ones so she doesn’t miss out (thank you!). A few weeks ago, they googled “wedding shower ideas” when I mentioned I didn’t know what to do for my daughter in law. Small gestures like that create a sense of community here.

And yesterday, they replaced my smoke detector battery at 7:30am so I could still do my regular work day, without interruption.

I have confidently recommended the Hub to friends. If you’re looking for a great place to live in a central location with some kick ass building managers, it’s worth checking it out.

This is my home and have made it as such since July 11, 2019. My manager, Laura Body and her husband Mark Body play a large part in me being comfortable, safe and secure. The only drawback is the rent...of course it's too high, but thought I'd just put that in here. I will stay here unless the rent makes me move.

Love living here!!! It has been 1 year!!! Mark and Laura they sure make this place!!! Super Professional!! They are so helpful and the way they look after this property is unbelievable!!

Love this new place! On site managers Laura and Mark are amazing. New building with perks I didn’t expect but love! Look here before you rent anywhere else.
