I rented one of their heated storage units for four months. On May 1st they moved me into my new home. Totally impressed with their service. The movers volunteered to put my bed together, a big surprise. So appreciate the care they took with my furniture and belongings. Thank you Carol

From the time I contacted them to discuss our moving needs, to them closing up the truck at the conclusion of the delivery a few months later, the experience was top notch. They cared about meeting our needs for an unusual move and came through for us. Suzanne in the Parksville office was amazing, and the moving crew themselves were excellent - polite, quick and careful. They placed everything where we wanted and took every scrap of packaging away with them. We wouldn't hesitate to use Arrowsmith again and recommend their services unreservedly!

They treat you, your home and your belongings with care. They took all the worry of a big move, off our shoulders and we felt that right from the start. We could not have dreamed of a better experience from the team in the office (admin/sales/dispatch) to the team who physically moved our items. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company. My hats off to the entire Arrowsmith Team! Thank you so much!

(November 3, 2020, 4:30 pm)We moved from Cedar back to the Sunshine Coast last summer - this move involved two ferries each way. Our realtor recommended Arrowsmith and we were pleased with their quote so hired them.
Our move was seamless. The truck they provided was more than large enough, and our moving team were friendly, helpful and very efficient...everything went very quickly.
We would absolutely use them again if we still lived on the Island.
