My back muscles were yelling- and somehow Andrea found some of her own time after what I am sure was a long day, to help me with a strong, directed and releasing massage! So grateful for the kindness and skill of Andrea and staff at Lantzville Wellness Centre. I have booked bi-weekly appointments til Christmas!

(January 21, 2020, 3:20 am)I have been seeking treatment for my bursitis in both hips. I work and walk on concrete floors and have been suffering for 4 years. John and all his knowledge started treating my bursitis and gave me exercises to do at home and I can now say after 7 weeks of treatment, my pain is gone and I can enjoy my walks again. His partner Sahil is just as good and the lovely Rachel always has a smile. Thank you to the entire team at Lantzville Wellness Centre. They know and understand their business and treat you with respect and knowledge.

John is knowledgeable, thorough and I appreciate his willingness to explain the process and benefits of the exercises. I feel he truly cares about the patient and their progress. Rachel greets me with the greatest smile every time I walk through the door. I know I am going to come away feeling better.

(July 18, 2019, 5:23 am)It’s a great service and really good atmosphere for getting better health advises. I was there for my appointment with therapist and he gave me really good guidance for exercises and treatment. I feel relaxed and will be keep following up.
