She took it into Keller’s today and within 5 minutes they repaired it without any issues! They were so kind to do this and would not accept any payment for the repair. We will definitely be returning to browse the beautiful jewellery and the customer service is exceptional. Wishing the staff a happy and healthy new year :-) thank you so much!
