I love this place! A smallish but intimate Studio, cork floor, natural light, generous props, clean and immaculately maintained, quiet wall mounted heat pump, and environmentally conscious design and maintenance. Most of all though- the teachers are excellant!
I have been a student and now, a teacher, at Nanaimo Yoga Sanctuary for many years. It is a place for everyone, regardless of your experience, to come and enjoy the many benefits of yoga. All of the classes are safe and accessible and full of wonderful people that will welcome you in.
